Swervedriver, and that great swirling, sound they make as shoegaze layers pile atop one another, will return to New Zealand for three shows in June.
Friday 17th June – CHRISTCHURCH at Churchills
Saturday 18th June – WELLINGTON at Bodega
Sunday 19th June – AUCKLAND at The Kings Arms
A strong “comeback” album and plenty of time touring ensures a great show, once again, from this fantastic band.
And in a special New Zealand billing Fur Patrol will reform to open the shows. It is the 20th Anniversary of Fur Patrol. And nearly 20 years since Fur Patrol opened the show for Swervedriver – an amazing show, one of my favourites. Lightning might just strike twice.
Doors for all shows at 8pm.
