Sweetman Podcast # 190: Cassandra Tse

Welcome to episode 190 of Sweetman Podcast with support from our sponsors – T Leaf T, Yeastie Boys and La Petite Chocolat.

Now – as you probably know, as well as the usual platforms (this site, soundcloud, iTunes/Apple) you can now get to Sweetman Podcast on Spotify – follow it there and have it saved in your Spotify library.

Cassandra Tse is the artistic director of Red Scare Theatre Company – this year the Wellington-based group has produced the wonderful Moodporn and The Aliens by Annie Baker – click those links to read my reviews; both stunning productions. Their third and final show for 2019 is Four Nights In The Green Barrow Pub which will show from 14-23 November at the Irish bar JJ Murphy & Co in Wellington.

I hadn’t met Cassandra before but was impressed by the Red Scare work to date and her vision. So we met and had this chat – all about theatre. She’s a total musical-theatre junkie and passionate about playwriting, directing – all things theatre in fact.

She is also a co-host of the Mixed Bag film-review podcast.

I was pleased to met Cassandra and have this chat. I hope you enjoy hearing it to.

Here now is episode 190 of Sweetman Podcast – my chat with Cassandra Tse.
