This week I had a chat with Ross Jolly. I had meant to do this earlier in the year – so it was great to catch up with him, and perfect timing given his latest production, Under Milk Wood has just started its run at Wellington’s Circa Theatre.
So we talked about that – but before we got to Under Milk Wood we talked through Ross’ life and career. He’s an actor and director. He’s been on TV, in film and has worked both in front of audiences and behind the scenes in live theatre and radio drama. He’s a founding member of Wellington’s Circa Theatre and continues to be a part of the council that runs the capital city mainstay.
But you may remember Ross as John in the TV show Gliding On, from Roger Hall’s play Glide Time. We talked about all of that and various film roles and some of the plays he’s produced and works that have been staged at Circa.
It was great to talk shop with Ross. I really enjoyed it. And hope you do too.
