RNZ Reviews: June 2020

Once a month or so I have a chat on RNZ on their Afternoons show with Jesse Mulligan. These things start – randomly and stop in much the same way. I hope to keep doing this. For a while at least. I think I started in December of 2015, so now four years into  it or so…

For June’s segment I talked about Joan As Police Woman’s second volume of covers, Cover Two and played the song (originally by Blur) Out of Time.

I also talked about the new, self-titled album by Shelby Lynne and played the opening song, Strange Things.

Click here to listen to the chat and hear the selections.

I’ve also written about the Joan As Police Woman and the new Shelby Lynne so click those links to read my thoughts on those releases.
