Gig Preview: The Winter + Fredd Marshall + Confluence at Pyramid Club

WintersThis Thursday, July 23, The Winter, Fredd Marshall and Confluence will be playing at the Pyramid Club ($10 waged/$5 unwaged).

The Winter is a band I play in – we formed a dozen years ago, we meet up once a year or not even, and we see what sounds we can make. It’s been fun. (Click here to read another perspective on the Winter story). We’ve released a couple of albums – most recently (I think?) the Flying Visit EP and you can check out some of the music at my Soundcloud page.

This is the first public performance by The Winter in about a half-decade I think…p

Fredd Marshall will be throat singing and looping.

And Confluence is a great line-up of players (Julie Bevan, Michael Hall, Simon O’Rorke and Chris Prosser) you can check out their sound on their Bandcamp page.

For more details here’s the official Facebook event invite.
