A Vinyl Affair: Wellington’s Record Fair

recordSaturday August 23 will see A Vinyl Affair (Wellington’s newest record fair) taking place at Southern Cross (click there to be taken to the Facebook event page). Si White, creator of Daily Jam is organising the event. Vinyl Fair
With support from Southern Cross the afternoon event will run from 12-4pm featuring guest DJs (I’ll be playing some records there from 1-2pm) and there are spot prizes with Wellington record stores Slow Boat, Rough Peel Music, Vanishing Point and Death Ray Records all donating vouchers.

crossIt’s free entry, a chance for music enthusiasts to dig through crates of records – to maybe pick up a gem or two – and of course there’s the chance of a spot prize, all that good nosh and booze at the Cross and some (hopefully) great tunes. So you can bring the family down for a kai.

If you’re interested in selling records at the fair contact Si White at si@dailyjam.co.nz for further information.
